- The Regional Contracting Department Pearl Harbor Hawaii intends to negotiate from a written quotation, a SOLE SOURCE, 100% Small Business Set Aside, contract for commercial services/supplies in accordance with FAR Part 12 using FAR Part 13 procedures with Integrated Security Technologies, Honolulu, Hawaii. All contractors shall be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database (http://www.ccr.gov/) to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards. This Solicitation, Solicitation Number N00604-07-T-0162, is an internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation shall not be available. Phone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. Requestors shall provide their name, address, phone/fax numbers and e-mail address., the quotation, along with the completed representations and certification clauses to deborah.pettingell@navy.mil or faxed to (808) 473-0811by 10 :00 am Hawaii Standard Time on 12 March 2005. An award is anticipated on or about 12 March 2007. The criteria for award shall be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable, responsible offer. FOB Destination Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The requirements are as follows: Contractor shall provide labor and materials to install, program and test (3) new cameras (Honeywell HEC14TP (Housing), HCGD48 (Camera), HLZAV2 (Lens). The new cameras shall be integrated into the existing Lenel Digital Video recorder by converting digital video to IP via 241Q Axis video server. The elevator OEM representative (Thyssen Krupp) will provide the wiring and 3 each new traveling cables with three shielded pairs per car.
