- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis a one year maintenance agreement on the following Thermal Analysis Items: 1) 5000 Controllers, Manufacturer TA Instruments. 2) 2050 TGA, Manufacturer TA Instruments. 3) 2950 TGA, Manufacturer TA Instruments. 4) Q10 DSC, Manufacturer TA Instruments. 5) Q100/Q200 DSC, Manufacturer TA Instruments. 6) Q600 SDT, Manufacturer TA Instruments. 7) Q400 TMA, manufacturer TA Instruments. 8) Thermal Accessory, RCS1-1-12. This requirement is sole sourced to TA Instruments, 109 Lukens Drive, New Castle, DE 19720 as the only qualified and approved vendor to provide this maintenance. Any firms believing that they can provide the maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the equipment being maintained without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
