- S--Provide vault pumping, sludge hauling and application, portable toilet rental and bio-toilet servicing for various locations at the Raystown Lake Project Office, Hesston, PA during the period, 15 March 2007 through 31 December 2007 (base year-8-1/ 2 months) with four possible option years through 31 December 2011 per enclosed scope of work. This proposed procurement is set-aside for small businesses, NAICS 562991 with a size standard of $6.5 million. Estimated cost of the requirement is between $10, 000.00 and $20,000.00. The period of performance for the base year is 15 March 2007 through 31 December 2007 and with four possible option years through 31 December 2011. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will b e provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests fo r this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. Contractors may download the request for quotations package by going to the website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov . In order to reduce the possibility of error and to increase the quality of our service to you, all deliveries, packages, etc. must include the name of the particular contract specialist/buyer for the particular project. All deliveries, packages, etc. of more than one box or container must be bound together by tape or other means. It is imperative that all small disadvantaged businesses contact t heir cognizant Small Business Administration Office to obtain Small Disadvantaged Business Certification. Without SBA SDB certification, a prime contractor nor a federal agency can receive SDB credit when utilizing non-certified SDB contractors/ subcontrac tors.
