Description: The Government intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for Grounding Kit Surface Wires (NSN: 5820-01-263-1760). Quantity ranges for the Grounding Kit Surface Wires are 1- 500, 501-1000, 1001-1500, 1501-2000, 2001-2500, and 2501-3000 units. These ranges do not indicate an annual purchase guarantee. The maximum lifetime ceiling for the awarded contract will be 16,250 units. The delivery schedule is as follows: 200 each wi thin 150 days of contract/delivery order award; 350 each month thereafter until completion. The drawings will be posted to Business Opportunities Page (IBOP). All parties who are interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access, operate, send, and receive information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. The solicitation will be posted to the IBOP on or about March 13, 2007. This will be a Reverse Auction. Award will be made to the lowest price submitted under the Reverse Auc tion procedure. Offerors wishing to participate in the Reverse Auction shall follow the instructions stated in the solicitation, which will detail the date, time, and format under which the Reverse Auction will take place. In accordance with the directio ns provided in the Solicitation, interested parties will be required to submit Representations and Certifications. Upon receipt of the Representations and Certifications, potential bidders will be issued individual Passwords and Logins to access the Rever se Auction. Please note that this procedure will be conducted on the internet with auction bids open to all participants, though the identity of the participants will remain unknown. See Notes 1.
