- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 212319. This procurement action is for the purchase of Ballast, Screening, and Base Course. This will be a one year requirements with the option to extend the contract for another year. Qu antity: 0 Ton minimum and 50,000 Ton maximum. FOB McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. Delivery schedule will be address in the actual solicitation. This will be a small unrestricted procurement and will be awarded as a firm fixed price cont ract. All contractors who provide good and or services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
