Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to L-3 Communication-Titan PSD, 2700 Merced Street, San Leandro, CA 94577, to purchase an Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Simulator Facility. The EMP Simulator Facility are only manufactured, developed, and main tenance by L-3 Communication-Titan PSD who has proprietary rights. The EMP Simulator Facility is compatible and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Re sponsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
