Description
STATEMENT OF WORK 3rd Battalion (SC), 108th Regiment, 3rd BDE, 108th DIV (IT) U.S. Army Reserve 4 FEB 07 through 26 MAR 07 1.0 BACKGROUND These services shall be provided during the training window of 4 FEB 07  26 MAR 07. Specific course dates are listed in paragraph 2.1.1 below. The following defines the training support to be provided by GDC4S Resident School. 2.0 GENERAL WORK SCOPE This SOW details the period of performance and the responsibilities of the 3rd Battalion (SC), 108th Regiment and the contractor. It provides the work scope based on the 3rd Battalion (SC), 108th Regiments training schedule and provides support associate d with Regular and Overtime labor requirements. Training will be provided for up to 20 students in each MOS course of instruction except 25W40 where the student load is expected to be 30. o The standard 40-hour work week for this task SOW is defined as the time, 11:30 PM  08:00 AM daily (8-hour day) Monday through Friday. o Contract instructors are assigned as Non-exempt employees. As a Non-exempt employee, any labor required above 40-hours must be compensated to the employee as overtime. o Overtime for Non-exempt employees is calculated as time and a half for normal overtime. Double time is calculated for Sunday labor (or seventh day). Both are based on the employees straight time salary scale. o Shift differential of 15% will apply for training labor hours on 3rd shift. 2.1 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 2.1.1 Training shall be conducted per 3rd Battalion (SC)s training schedule on the following dates: 25F10-ECB-MSE phases 1 and 2: 4 FEB 07  26 MAR 07 2.1.2 All training will be conducted on 3rd Shift. Training will be Monday thru Friday as well as weekend training. Overtime hours and shift differential shall apply. 2.2 RESPONSIBILITIES. 2.2.1 3rd Battalion (SC), 108th Regiment will: 2.2.1.1 Provide an approved and final version of the training schedule to the contractor no later than 21 days prior to the start of training. 2.2.1.2 Ensure that all training is conducted in accordance with the contractual training schedule contained in this SOW and that any necessary changes be brought to the attention of the contractor in advance of the change to allow time for modification of the contract schedule. 2.2.1 Contractor will: 2.2.2.1 Provide all required curriculum and training materials to include Government equipment Technical Manuals and contractor manuals, student guides as applicable for 25F10 level training and reference guides unique to contractor training aid / simulati on labs. 2.2.2.2 Provide two instructors for all courses. 2.2.2.3 Any increase in contractor support requirements resulting from changes in the training schedule or extensions to the contractual period of performance contained in this SOW, will result in an equitable adjustment to the contract price, which will b e documented in a change proposal submitted to the 3rd Battalion (SC), 108th Regiment. 3.0 TRAINING CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT Contractor is not required to develop or reproduce any new curriculum for this effort. Any requirements to develop or reproduce training materials other than the contractor-provided student packets for the training are the responsibility of the 3rd Battal ion (SC), 108th Regiment. 4.0 TRAINING EQUIPMENT 4.1 Government Furnished Equipment (GFE): There is no Unit GFE equipment requirement for this training. 4.2 Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE): The contractor will provide the 3rd Battalion (SC) access to the following CFE in support of this training: o Node Center/LEN Switching systems o Small Extension Node o Classroom and Labs o Appropriate CBTs 4.3 Equipment Maintenance: If necessary, the contractor will provide maintenance support of the 3rd Battalions (SC) training during the stated period of performance. 5.0 OTHER 5.1 The 3rd Battalion (SC), 108th Regiment , will conduct a final pre-coordination meeting with the contractor not later than 21 days prior to each course to ensure all training support requirements have been identified prior to the start of training.
