Description

The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, vehicles, tools and incidentals for the relocation of office and classroom furniture, equipment, packed boxes, file cabinets, safes, conference tables, shredders, tables, display cases, sensitive electronic equipment and other miscellaneous items. The current location is 1 Reynolds Ave (Bell Hall), Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027. Move location is 100 Stimson Ave (Lewis & Clark Center), Fort Leavenworth, KS 6 6027. The distance between sites is approximately 1 mile on paved roads. The move location has two freight loading docks with ramp plates, in addition to other entrances/exits. The current location has a four bay loading dock, but will require ramp plates or other equipment for loading of moving trucks. Performance period will be 01 MAY 2007 through 30 JUN 2007. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns only. The size standard for small business concerns including its affiliates is aver age annual sales and receipts for the proceeding three (3) Fiscal Years, not in excess of $23.5 million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 484210. The Request for Proposals (RFP) W91QF4-07-R-0005 will be issued on or about 13 MAR 2007. SOLICITATION AVAILABILITY: the RFQ and reference documents will be made available for downloading from FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. No telephone requests shall be considered.
