- COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M2M57052A100 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15, effective 12 Feb 2007. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334111 with a 1,000 employee size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a line item quote for WINWARE?s Cribmaster Cab-Lock II (e-locking modular cabinets) or Equal. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. (vi) Description of Requirement (Items must be Energy Star compliant IAW FAR 23.2.) : Unit price should be per piece. 1. PC, Touch screen, Scanner, ATR & Admin. Qty: 1 Unit Cost: Extended Amount: 2. CABLC Cablock II Cabinet for Individual Locks Qty: 6 Unit Cost: Extended Amount: 3. CABIL Cablock II Individual Drawer with Locks Qty: 50 Unit Cost: Extended Amount: 4. Onsite Installation & Training Qty: 1 Unit Cost: Extended Amount: 5. Delivery to Charleston AFB, SC Qty: 1 each Unit Cost: Extended Amount: TOTAL COST: NOTE: Computer Software has to integrate with Tool Accountability System (TAS). This is mandatory IAW AFT 21-101 NOTE: Include destination delivery and all applicable fees in line item pricing. Equal item quotes are acceptable (FAR 52.211-6).
