- The purpose of this modification is to increase the quantity on CLIN 1001 from 1 ea to 2 ea. Purchase Request Number FD2060-06-71728: Basic: Item 0001; NSN 4920-01-036-4943RN; Part Number 7750010-101; Signal Tester; 01 each; Applicable to: C-5; Destination: Memphis, TN; Delivery: 30 Sep 2006. Option I: Item 1001; NSN 4920-01-036-4943RN; Part Number 7750010-101; Signal Tester; 01 each; Applicable to: C-5;; Delivery: TBD. A Firm-Fixed Price requirement is contemplated to Parker Hannifin Corporation, cage code 92003. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 17 Mar 2006 with a response by 10 Apr 2006. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Proposals received from other than approved sources Parker Hannifin Corp., will be evaluated for future procurements. Approved sources must be registered with Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity.
