- Description
- The government is contemplating the award of an AccessNet system at the 53TSS, Tyndall AFB, FL. This is a new requirement the government is soliciting for statements of capabilities (SOC) of potential sources. This system will be used to access radios and phone lines. The technical requirements document is attached. The SOC must be submitted no later than 1600 CST on 12 Mar 2007 and is limited to 8 total pages. Submit only unclassified information. All responses shall include company size status under the North American Industries Classification System (NAICS) code identified below. Submit all responses to 325 CONS/LGCBA, ATTN: 2Lt Joe Adams (joseph.adams@tyndall.af.mil), or Ms. Ginny Garner, (ginny.garner@tyndall.af.mil). For technical questions please contact Mr. Bill Camp (william.camp@tyndall.af.mil) at (850) 283-3011. E-mail submittals are preferable, but not required if the SOC document is too large. Firms responding should indicate if they are small business, or socially and economically disadvantaged business, 8(a) firms, historically black colleges or universities, minority institutions. For this proposed acquisition, both FAR 19.001 and small business size standard for NAICS code 334210 with a size standard of 1,000 employees apply. GSA schedule holders should identify their applicable contract number with their submittal. Foreign owned firms are advised to contact the contracting officer before submitting a statement of capabilities to determine if there are restrictions on receiving an award.
