- The Rocky Mountain Veterans Integrated Service Network, VISN 19, on behalf of the Medical Centers, requires a Contractor or Contractors to provide blood and blood products on consignment, to the Medical Centers below, F.O.B. Destination, within consignee's premises, for the base period of April 1, 2007, through March 31, 2008, and four Option years of April 1, 2008, through March 31, 2012. The contractor shall provide blood products to the designated Medical Centers in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions and schedules of the contract. The following Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers are included in this solicitation: Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 2360 E. Pershing Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82001 Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 500 Foothill Blvd., Salt Lake City, UT 84148 Veterans Affairs Montana Healthcare System, Fort Harrison, MT 59636 Requests for hard copy solicitation must be submitted in writing via fax (303-691-6558) or email (Richard.macklin@med.va.gov).   Solicitation to be available electronically at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov on or about March 2, 2007.   No electronic offers will be accepted.   Closing date for submission of offers will be March 23, 2007, 4:00pm Mountain Daylight time.
