Description

Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to "Replace Medical Vacuum & Control Systems". Work includes general construction, contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to perform work for replacement of medical vacuum and air control systems as required by the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code is 238220/size standard is $13 million. Cost range is $250,000-$500,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, drawings and schedules of the solicitation, Subject to the Availability of Funds. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL HUB-ZONE SET ASIDE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM SMALL BUSINESSES THAT ARE QUALIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS DETERMINED BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND DOCUMENTED AS SUCH IN CCR.
