Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to provide Janitorial/Custodial Services for the following three (3) sites: Air Traffic Control Tower, Harrison Marion Regional Airport, Bridgepot, WV; AFSSC, 2300 Aviation Way, Bridgeport, WV and ATCT, Morgantown, WV. The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or about April 1, 2007, with four (4) one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, etc., necessary to perform specified custodial services. The FAA will award a single contract to provide janitorial services at all three locations. All companies submitting a bid must be registered and active in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Data Base or must be before award. The Screening Information Request (SIR)/Solicitation will be a total set-aside for Small Business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. All companies submitting a bid on this job must have an active business address and phone number for a minimum of one (1) year prior to award and be within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Bridgeport, WV site. This office must be maintained during the entire life of the contract. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with the SIR. Evaluation Criteria include Financial Capability, Insurability, Past Performance and Cost. Any proposal determined to be "not acceptable" in any evaluated area, criteria, or sub-element thereof, shall render the entire proposal to be unacceptable and therefore rejected for further consideration The Government will make a single award to the responsible offerer who offers the lowest combined price, so long as the proposal conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be technically acceptable in all evaluated areas. The estimated procurement value, which includes all options, is between $100,000 and $150,000 The SIR is being sent to the Incumbent Contractor; Patton Building Services, Morgantown, WV. There is a mandatory walk-thru on March 8, 2007 at 9:00 A.M.
