- Solicitation Number SP0406-07-R-0397, RE06192013, NSNs 9150-00-681-5999 and 9150-00-985-7099, Lubricating Oil, Aircraft Turbine Engine, Synthetic. Origin inspection required. These NSNs are procured in accordance with SPEC NR MIL-PRF-23699F, QAP 196 applies. This is 50% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation and will result in Fixed Price with EPA, Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and two (2) option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will not include progress payments. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date shown on the RFP.
