- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT to Strategic Forecasting, Inc. (Stratfor), pursuant to the authority of TSA Acquisition Management System (TSAAMS) guidance “3.2.2.4 : Single-Source Selection”. This contract will be for a tailored suite of Stratfor’s “Global Vantage” services, including but not limited to: briefings, weekly intelligence reports, monthly global overviews, and other sensitive data relating to mass transportation and freight rail movement, from a security, geopolitical and/or public policy perspective. Stratfor’s analyses and forecasts are proprietary and unique, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Stratfor does not resell its products through any other vendors or distributors. Stratfor is recognized by a number of cross-functional industries, the US Government, US Military, Fortune 500 companies, and the major media, as a foremost provider of accurate intelligence and analysis. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTATION. However, if an entity has reason to believe that it can meet or exceed all the needs of TSA for this requirement, it may submit documentation to demonstrate such capability. Responses are due via e-mail not later than 3:00 PM EST, Thursday, July 27, 2006. Responses received after this date/time will be considered untimely, and will not receive evaluation or consideration. Any and all inquiries MUST be submitted in writing to the TSA Contracting Officer, via e-mail at sandra.mclaughlin@dhs.gov, by 12:00 (noon) EST, Wednesday, July 26, 2006. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted, nor will inquiries received after the specified date/time be responded to. The determination of an entity’s ability to meet the requirements related to this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JUL-2006).
