- Description
- In accordance with the procedures specified in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of an A-76 standard competition for IT User Provisioning Services in support of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (USEPA) Headquarters’ locations to be identified in the solicitation. This competition will include audio conferencing; information technology training; video services; voice (cellular, landline, and voice-over internet protocol (VOIP)) services; identify management services; desktop hardware services; and desktop services. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include approximately 52.3 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), grantee and contractor support. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Luis Luna, the Agency Tendor Official (ATO) is Lek Kadeli, and the Contracting Officer is Jill E. Robbins. The anticipated solicitation release date is January 15, 2007. The projected end date for this competition is July 30, 2007.
