- A. Amendment to extend response date from 2/23/07 to 03/09/07. B. Submission Requirements: Change from: M/E firms with an interest in being considered for design services contracts must submit the required statements of qualification on the SF330. It is desired that propoals not exceed 50 single sided pages of 8 1/2 x 11 - size paper with Arial Font 12 pitch. Additionally brochures or other pre-printed materials may be submitted with a desired not-to-exceed 50 pages. Offeror shall submit an original and five (5) copies. B.
