- GSA, FSS intends to establish a ?not to exceed? one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for the National Stock Number listed below. This NSN is listed with quantity and description on this notice. The estimate stated below is only an ?estimate? based on the last three years demand. The period of the Standing Price Quote will begin in March, 2007 and could last for three months or up to one year ? but will not exceed one year. This NSN is part of GSA?s Stock Program. All offers are to be FOB Destination, with delivery in 60 days or less and a minimum order of $50.00. In addition to the clauses that accompany all purchase orders issued from GSA, the following clauses also apply:552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction ?
