- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Heritage Reporting Corporation, 1220 L Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005-4018, for the purchase of transcripts, for the period from date of award of the contract through September 30, 2007. Heritage Reporting Corporation is the court reporting service selected by the US Tax Court to record proceedings. To obtain copies of the transcripts, the Internal Revenue Service must purchase them from Heritage Reporting Corporation. This is not a request for quotes. No solicitation will be issued.
