Questions and comments regarding this draft should be submitted in writing, electronically, to the Point of Contact (POC) indicated in this notice no later than 4:00 PM EST 8 March 2007. Use the attached Question and Comment Form for that purpose. Submit to peter.stabile@usmc.mil NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. The final RFP is expected to be released shortly. It is the Government's intention NOT to solicit further questions or comments at that time. Questions and comments that were submitted subsequent to the ID cutoff date should be resubmitted at this time if not answered by the ID Q&A or the RFP draft itself.
