- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbos.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. You may also access information on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm This is a synopsis for a miniature individual night vision goggle. CLIN 0001, Miniature Night Vision Goggle ,Min. 20, Max. 50. CLIN 0002, Data, Not Separately Priced. The goggles are anticipated to be procured utilizing FAR Part 15 on a one (1) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Anticipated sole source based on size and weight of the goggle, proprietary design data, and the ability of ITT to deliver the products when required by the government. Delivery of 20 units will be required 60 days after award of order with subsequent delivery of 10 units within 30 days of order. FOB destination, Crane, IN.
