- Class Code: Q NAICS Code: 621210 Subject: QDental Services Solicitation number: N/A Set-Aside Code: N/A Response Date: 2 Feb 2007 Description: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability of potential small business concerns capable of providing dental personal and non-personal services at approximately 44 locations in the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska and Hawaii. The Contractor shall provide a work force to accomplish the specified quantity and quality of work within the schedule and time required. The required personal dental services are for approximately, 232 General Dentists, 7 Endodontists, 2 Oral and Maxill ofacial Surgeons, 52 Dental Hygienists and 530 Dental Therapy Assistants. The requirement also includes non-personal services for Basic Dental Laboratory Technicians, Ceramo-Metal Technicians and Porcelain Ceramists. Interested offerors who are small business IAW SBA Business Size Standards for NAICS 621210 and have the skills and capabilities necessary to perform this requirement are invited to provide capability information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought.
