- Amendment No. 0001 to Solicitation No. W9126G-07-T-0076. A. The purpose of the amendment is to answer questions. Due Date/time for proposals is 28 Feb 07 at 10:00AM (CST). B. The followings are Question and Answer asked and answered herein: Question: I would like to know if it is allowed to work on weekends and it says that it has been proven that these mows can be completed in 4 to 7 days is this all the time allowed for these mows or is this just to let you know that it can be done in this time, also if it rains how would this time be adjusted would it be by the quality assurance person at the lake? Answer: Paragraph 6-WORK SCHEDULE-- states that the type of mowing request will be in form of a written Task Order to the Contractor. Depending on a facility mow or a complete facility and area mow the days will be determined and put on the Task Order. As far as w eek-ends are concerned---normal working hours are covered in Paragraph 7--- In Paragraph 6- states if any deviation request from normal schedules--we need in writing 72 hours prior to date of request. Depending on visitation--we will work with Contractor.T his will be for COR to determine upon written request. C. The deadline for questions from offerors is 23 February 2007 at 4:00PM Central Standard Time (CST). No questions shall be accepted after 23 February 2007. D. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS: The quotation and required documents in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2 EVALAUTION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) shall be submitted via email to Jean.Ross@swf02.usace.army.mil or FAX No. (817) 886-6403.
