- B--Provide data validation services for Phase III Remedial Investigation Underground Utility Lines at the former Lake Ontario Ordinance Works located in Niagara County, New York in the form of reports which include the return of the EDDs (in Excel or MS Access)with the newly populated validated qualifier field and return of the hard copy data packages with a summary narrative of the validation results for each analytical group within each SDG/EDD per the enclosed scope of work included in the request for quotations package. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. The NAICS 541690 with a size standard of $6.5 million. The estimated cost of this requirement is between $25,000.00 and $75,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a bi d which shall be considered by the agency. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation can be performed th rough ASFI.
