Deliveries going to New Cumberland, PA 17070 and Stockt on, CA 95296. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 1,607 each, 233 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 1,607 each, 155 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce th e required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions.
