Required delivery without First Article is 12 each, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Carleton Life Support Systems Inc., CAGE Code: 99251 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirem ents in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
