- We intend to award a sole source contract to NetAcquire Corporation, 733 7th Avenue, Ste 214, Kirkland, WA 98033, for two (2) NetAcquire F30 Advanced Correlating Source Selector. The F30 Advanced Correlating Source Selector is design, built, and pro prietary rights of NetAcquire Corporation. The F30 Advanced Correlating Source Selector is compatible and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsi ble Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
