Description
The purpose of this is to assist in the training of Department of Defense personnel, Federal, State and local law enforcement in hostile urban environment. The device shall confirm to the listing of features below and shall be able to be utilized wi th Strategic Systems Inc. pop-up targets. The shoot back device shall be able to be attached to existing pop-up targets. These targets are Strategic Systems Inc. The shoot back device shall have the following features: * Use the standard .68 caliber paintball as a projectile. * Shall fire in 3 different modes, semi-automatic, 3 round burst, and full automatic. * Full automatic shall be at a rate of 12 rounds per second. * Shall have a high intensity light source that provides visual feed back to simulate muzzle flash. * The barrel shall have the capability to be adjusted (aimed) up or down in elevation using the centerline of the barrel as a pivot point and be locked into position. * Shall be able to be laid directly on the ground or mounted using a base plate. * Shall be WiFi capable. * Shall have self contained compressed air. * Shall be operational in all weather conditions above 38 F degrees. * Shall be compatible with Wonderware and SSI software. * Shall be portable and easily carried by one person. * Shall have the following connection: Series 1 CPC connector, PN 46F316 and CPC connector cable clamp PN 44F8394, Series 1 crimp pin PN 96F7935 Comments must be received, in writing, no later than 9:00 AM, 2 March, 2007.
