Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3N7F56264A200 and this solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). This synopsis/solicitation document, the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14. The associated NAICS code is 811310. DESCRIPTION of SUPPLIES/SERVICES and QUANTITY: Non-Personal Service, Bowling Center Mechanic Services. Period of Performance from 02 March 2007 through 30 September 2007 with four, 12-month option periods. Performance Work Schedule and Bid Schedule are posted as attachments to this synopsis/solicitation. All FAR clauses and provisions incorporated into this synopsis/solicitation can be obtained via Internet at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil or http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html Offerors shall provide a firm fixed-price offer. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Successful contractor must meet all the responsibility requirements of Subpart 9.1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). A written notice of award or acceptance of offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party in accordance with FAR 52.212-2(c) Evaluation-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: a. Price b. Past Performance (Resume)**Past Perforamnce is approximately equal to price. 2. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest price offeror. All proposals/offers are due on 1 March 2007 at 1200hrs GMT.
