- 1.This notice will serve as notification of a sole source acquisition to: To procure EZSurvey Pro Software and Network Licenses from Raosoft, Inc. The Period of Performance is one year from the date of contract award. This software is in support of the U.S. Air Force Academy?s Institutional Research Department. 2. NAICS Code: 541512 3. There will be no formal solicitation issued prior to award. This procurement is for the acquisition of a commercial item using simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items also apply. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition--Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; no addendum applies. Additional FAR clauses cited in the clause applicable to this acquisition are: (b) 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 26, and 31. DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes of Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the inclusion of DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, Required Central Contractor Registration. 4.
