- This is a combined Synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: The contractor shall supply Ultra High Speed Kodak Film to Vandenberg AFB, CA. The film specifications and quantities are as follows: Item #1 - 16mm 7205 (2994) vision 250D VMD 578 SP578 400' roll Camera Spool 2R-2994 1181510, QTY: 100 EA Item #2 - 35mm 5205 (1866) vision 250D VMD 718 SP718 1000' roll on core BH-1866 8238537, QTY: 100 EA Only the brand name specified will be considered. This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issues. This solicitation is issues as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D1F57009A100. Submit written offers. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09 and DFARS Change Notice 20060519. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 325992, Small business size standard ? 500 employees applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for Delivery to Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437, exact building number will be determined at the time of award.
