- RFI ? Q Nami! Software for Business Transaction Tracking FIRST SUBMITTED ON: 23 February 2007. LAST UPDATED ON: 23 February 2007. DESCRIPTION: This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Defense Automatic Addressing System Center (DAASC), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-5328. This Request for Information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). Nor does this RFI restrict the Government?s acquisition approach. Wright-Patterson AFB is requesting information on Business Transaction Tracking Software that can perform equal to or better than Q Nami! software at a comparable cost. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 443120. In addition to the software, the Contractor shall be required to furnish all equipment, labor, supplies, supervision, and training, as well as performing all operations necessary for packaging, transporting, shipping, delivery, installation and configuration with existing system at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential software and accompanying services at least equal to the Q Nami software and accompanying services that meet the requirements and specifications cited in the Attachment. The Government anticipates a GSA or NASA SEWP Contract Small Business Award. Software and other equipment must be delivered within three (3) weeks after Contract Award to DAASC, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-5328. You should demonstrate capabilities and expertise with the New Software, New Equipment, Existing Software, and Existing equipment. Keep responses to six pages or less and include the following: Company Name; Mailing Address; Point(s) of Contact; Telephone number(s); Email address; CAGE CODE; Web Page URL; and size of Business. Submit your responses via email to frank.balzano@wpafb.af.mil. Packages must be submitted no later than 12:00 (noon) P.M. EDT, 01 March 2007. No facsimile responses will be accepted. The Government will not award a Contract solely on the basis of this RFI; nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a response to this Notice. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site for updates to the documents. The Department of Defense (DOD) has determined that the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be the single DOD registration authority for Contractors to conduct business with the Government. DOD Contractors must have a currently active registration with the CCR to gain consideration in solicitations and awards.
