Description

The 38 Engineering Installation Group has a requirement for non-personal services for local commercial communication services for 61 CS/SCMT, Los Angeles AFB, El Segundo, CA. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by California PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for 61 CS/SCMT, Los Angeles AFB, El Segundo, CA. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, Direct In Dial Directory Numbers, Commercial Subscriber Lines, Optional Subscriber Line Features, Local Exchange Digital ISDN PRI, Public Listings, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS 517110 with size standard of 1500 employees. This solicitation may be viewed and downloaded from the FEDBIZOPS website address: http://fbo.gov/ . This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
