- This is to provide Notice of Intent to award on a sole source basis to provide Rodco-Brandt Manufacturing 5 drawer desks with lockable bottom security drawers, 211 each. It is the intent of this agency to award a Section 8(a) sole source contract under statutory authority, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-5 Authorized or Required by Statute. The government intends to award a sole source fixed price contract toRodco-Brandt Manufacturing, 600 S 2nd Ave, Mansfield, TX 76063-1917. No request for proposals will be issued. If any interested parties can fulfill this requirement, please provide statement of interest to ths office NLT 12:00 noon CST on 26 FEBRUARY 2007. Electronic submissions are acceptable.
