- Source sought to provide Ground Ambulance Service for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide ambulance services to beneficiaries of the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Card System Outpatient Clinic, University of South Alabama-Springhill, and Mobile Alabama. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621910 "Ground Ambulance Service" and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. Your response should identity your company name, point of contact with contact information, indicate al areas you are capable of providing services, capabilities statement and identify your business size, and if you are (by he definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned service disable veterans owned or HUB Zone certified. Only this minimal information is requested. A Request for Proposal shall be issued at a later date. All response shall be submitted no later than 3:00 P.M.
