This Is A Sources Sought Announcement Only for Purposes of Conducting Market Research. This is NOT a Request for Proposals. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. Any request for a solicitation will NOT receive a response. The announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Reimbursement will not be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport LA, is conducting market research to determine the extent to which Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVSB) sources are capable of performing as prime contractors for Design/Build Construction with A&E and Construction services to be covered under a firm-fixed price contractor Designed/Build Elevators in a multi-story hospital setting at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport LA. The applicable NAICS Code is 238990 and a small business size standard of $13.0 million. All companies that can meet the requirement are encouraged to provide a capability statement, company literature, brochures, or any other information that demonstrates that the requirement can be met.
