- Response Date: April23, 2007 TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES This announcement is posted as a request for industry comments only. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has developed a draft performance work statement (PWS) to provide ?Home Confinement Program (HCP)? as an option for releasing Federal offenders who have established residence in the community but require support and supervision during their return to the community. The HCP provider will be responsible for providing assistance to the Federal offenders such as case management, monitoring, home visits, employment assistance and verification, substance abuse outpatient counseling, anger and violence management, stress management, life skills, literacy programs, educational services, and vocational services. The BOP invites all interested parties to review the draft PWS/HCP and provide any comments and/or recommendations to the PWS. All comments received will be considered prior to finalizing the PWS/HCP. Please send all your comments to Rebecca Canfield, Contracting Officer via email at rcanfield@bop.gov.
