- This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. There is no solicitation package available at this time. Battelle, Pacific Northwest Division operator of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is seeking sources to supply a Sum Frequency Generator Spectrometer for use at the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory. We are looking for potential sources for this requirement and comments to our draft specifications. Draft specifications may be downloaded from this website.
