- NSN(s): 2530-00-030-1408 SHIELD and 2530-00-318-1225 BRAKE SHOE. The subject requirement is for the acquistion of 2 NSNs with various item description and end items. The FSC for this requirement is 2530. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside acquisition. Small business size standard is 750 for NAICS 336340. The solicitation will be March 9, 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required, delivery to be made to locations specified in the solicitation. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted in the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. see note 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
