- This announcement is for the procurement of part-numbered items for which Hydraulic International (CAGE 56529) is, or has been, an approved source and/or has supplied the item in the past either directly or through dealers whether or not the NSNs are ultimately provided by Hydraulic International. Companies interested in offering on the NSNs, other than authentic Hydraulic International parts please contact: N. Back at 614-692-7949. FSCs to be covered under this project include: 2935, 3120, 4010, 4720, 4820, 4920, 5342, 5365, 6105, 6610, 6680 and 6685. Please note that final decision will be based on the overall best value to the Government and not necessarily the lowest price. The factors other than price include Past Performance, Proposed Delivery, Surge and Sustainment, Socioeconomic Support, DLA Mentoring Business Agreements Program and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposal. A new RFP is not intended as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to an existing contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note #26. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items with the Federal Supply Class 2935, 3120, 4010, 4720, 4820, 4920, 5342, 5365, 6205, 6620, 6680 and 6685. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
