All services must be scheduled with Range Master. 2.The contractor shall test for proper operation of all components of the target conveying system. 3.The contractor shall check and adjust drive belts, cables, electrical connections, target stops, carriers, take up assemblies and all other components of the conveying system not mention herein. any wheels, hardware, or pulleys needed will be supplied at an additional charge. 4.The contractor shall lubricate, as required, all components requiring lubrication. 5.The contractor shall clean the overhead track system of debris as required. 6.The contractor shall repair as required any non-functioning target lane or component thereof, including electronics assembles and the master control console. 7.The contractor inspect all ballistic protection equipment including the bullet trap for improper wear and tear or the accumulation of lead and/or other debris. 8.The contractor shall provide Pentagon Police Department Firearms Instructors with basic instruction of maintenance and operation procedures. 9.Service Repair and Emergency Calls services must be authorized by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or the Contracting Officer (CO). The contractor must obtain authorization from COR or CO before perform can be provide under Service Repair and Emergency Repair Calls CLINS(s). The Contractor shall not exceed the not to exceed amount alloted on the CLIN. The Contractor shall inform the COR and CO when 75% of funds are expended.
