- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to procure two (2) “Turnkey” Oily Waste Water Treatment Systems (to include enclosures, tanks, and equipment – installation, testing and training) in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). The solicitation will be issued under unrestricted, full and open competitive procedures IAW FAR Part 12 and 13.5. The resulting award will be a firm, fixed priced supply type contract. FOB: Destination PSNS & IMF – Bremerton WA. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 Aug 2006 with a 30 day closing. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 13.5 commerical procedures utilizing Best Value evaluation criteria. When issued, the RFQ will be electronically posted via the NECO website at www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mary.carkeek@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitted quotes must: 1) complete the pricing, 2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and 3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-AUG-2006).
