- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, services and licenses/permits necessary to perform establishment of permanent monitoring plots for vegetation survey data collection. Work will consist of locating and establishing the plot center using a global positioning system (GPS) device. Plots will be monumented so that plot center can be relocated. Vegetation will be measured, data collected by Data Recorder, and two digital photos taken of the plot for documentation. Work areas are located on the Ava/Cassville/Willow Springs, Eleven Point and Houston/Rolla/Cedar Creek Ranger Districts of the Mark Twain National Forest in Barry, Phelps, Carter, Oregon and Butler Counties, Missouri. This solicitation is being issued as a commercial item, performance-based service contract and will be available for downloading from this website on or about December 18, 2006. No solicitation packages will be mailed out. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-DEC-2006).
