EA. 2 Dimension ABS white cartridge See specifications below: 3D Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Specifications Automatic Operation: The FDM operates with specific software to provide real time concept models that automatically import STL files, orient the part, slice the file, generate support structures (if necessary), and create a precise deposition path to build the ABS model. Multiple models should be able to be packed within the build envelope to maximize efficiency. Additional software capabilities of the FDM should include queue management capabilities, build time, material status and system status information. The printer concept should be capable of running unattended and provide system and build status information via e-mail, pager, or the Internet. Network Connectivity: TCP/IP 100/10 base T Workstation Compatibility: Windows NT/Windows 2000/Windows XP Build Size: Maximum size 254 x 254 x 305 mm (10 x 10 x 12 inches) Materials: ABS plastic in standard white, blue, yellow, black, red, green or steel gray colors. With custom colors available. Support Structures and Removal: Software should automatically create any needed support structures to complete the part. The support removal processes should be a soluble support removal process for hands-free model completion. Material Cartridges: The material used for building should be ABS plastic of various colors and be of a cartridge design for loading into the machine. Layer Thickness: .254 mm (.010 in.) or .33 mm. (.013 in.) of precisely deposited ABS and support material. Size and Power Requirements: Size: 838 x 737 x 1143 mm (33 x 29 x 45 in.) Weight: 148 kg (326 lbs.)
