- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to intends to negotiate a sole source contract with BAE SYSTEMS ELECTRONICS & INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS, Spit Brook Rd. Nashua, NH 03063-1325 This contract is for the procurement engineering services and equipment associated with Surveillance Towed Array Sensor (SURTASS) Low Frequency Active Transmit (LTS) High frequency Mammal Mitigation (HFM3) System. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base year with four (4) option years. BAE is the sole manufacturer and holds the patents to the required equipment. They are the only source with the requisite knowledge of, and familiarity with, the technical data for this equipment to provide the required repair and engineering support services. . This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 and the size standard is $4.5M.
