- Fisc Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia intends to procure on a Small Busines Set-asidebasis, packing and crating sevices for the personal property of U.S military and civilian personnel. Contractor is to provide services both inbound, outbound and intra-city in the following two areas: Area I - Counties of Philadelphia and Chester in PA and Camden County NJ; Area II - Counties - Bucks, Northampton, Lehigh and Montgomery in PA. The contract is for services to commence 01 August 2007 thru 31 December 2007 plus four (4) twelve-month options as follows: Option Year I - 01 January 2008 thru 31 December 2008, Option Year II - 01 January 2009 thru 31 December 2009, Option Year III - 01 January 2010 thru 31 December 2010 and Option Year IV - 01 January 2011 thru 31 December 2011. An Indefinite Delivery Fixed Price Requirement type contract is anticipated, with services to be acquired under individual delivery orders. The applicable NAICS is 488991. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC.
