Description
Solicitation No. W81XWH-07-R-0009 will be RELEASED ON OR ABOUT 9 Mar 2007 and proposals will be due thirty calendar days after solicitation release. The Government requirement is to facilitate the timely and efficient execution of the U.S. Army medi cal materiel development program by providing a mechanism for preparing and assembling both generic and product-specific U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) related documentation, meeting minutes taking and reg ulatory consultation and providing a data management system that integrates with existing and or future U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) electronic management system(s) for tracking documentation and status of regulatory documentat ion. The place of performance is primarily to take place at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington D.C., 20307-5001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611 with a si ze standard not to exceed $6,500,000.00 . This contracting office will issue no hard copies of the solicitation. All contractors wishing to do business with the Departm ent of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov. This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. All interested SDVOSBs must submit a Capability Statement with their proposals. The Government anticipates the award of an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract to include a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
