PRON: AX7C0250AX, NSN: 3110-01-353-7369, PN: 145DS010-8. Quantity: 300 each minimum and 1900 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to th e CH-47 Airframe. Quantity delivery FOB Origin to Texarkana, TX. Production Lead-Time with First Article Testing is 300 each, 189 Days After Contract Award (DACA), and 300 each starting 126 days without the First Article. The First Article, Alt II deliver y is 300 each, 158 DACA. The First Article Test Report is due 114 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item formerly called Flight Safety Item. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272 and MRC Bearings Inc., Cage Code 38443, this part mu st be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or a selected item drawing as defined by the current DOD-STD-100, adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviati on Requirements. The government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depe ndent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ.)
