Description

DESC: NSN 5360-01-522-0766, Part Number 13001496. The item to procure is a Spring, Helical, Compression for the M240H Machine Gun. Item is made from wire, steel, carbon spring, music, spec ASTM A228, tensile strength shall be 376,000 min. Free leng th is .690 inches. Phosphate finish is required. Proposed contract is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation will result in a Five Year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Guaranteed minimum requirements are 500 each, with a potential contract maximum quantity of 40,000 each. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 12 March 2007. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY07 requirement. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicit ation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
